All private and small groups yoga sessions are being held online for the time being, unless there is plenty of space for everyone to move safely while maintaining CDC guidelines.
I am a firm believer that ANY body can do yoga. If you’ve tried yoga and didn’t quite enjoy it, I would love to work together and find a style or setting that will work for you.
Private classes are meant to be tailored to your specific needs and goals by giving one-on-one attention and cues specific to YOUR body. Never ever even taken a yoga class and nervous about stepping foot into a studio- let me show you the basics and teach you a foundation to conquer your first class. Not feeling flexible- that’s why you continue to practice and I will create a program so we can stretch out those hamstrings together.
It’s someone’s birthday and instead of a surprise Zoom call, you surprise the birthday queen with their friends on an online yoga class. You’re training for next year’s marathon and you want to stretch out with your running team. In a small group class, you pick who you want in your group versus a shared, community style class. Gather your friends and let’s flow.
Corporate classes are taught currently online for your team of any size. These classes can be tailored to stretching out the muscles that become tight from sitting at a desk for too long- think low back, hips, neck and shoulders. By decreasing tension and pain, productivity and moral will increase.
Prenatal, Postpartum & Baby and Me Yoga
Just found out your pregnant? Had an active yoga practice before you found out? Or never done yoga and you want to learn some stretches to help with baby? Worried about what your body may need to heal after labor? Babe isn’t napping and you want to move your body? I am specialized in all of these areas and would love to help decrease any pain or aches you have been experiencing or nervousness about what to expect. I will provide you the yogic tools to guide you through your entire pregnancy and help honor your fourth trimester.
The last thing you may want to do is put your kiddos on another Zoom call these days. With a class designed for all ages, you can get the whole family moving, breathing, and laughing together. Did you know that a lot of yoga poses are named after animals? Get ready for those Cat, Cow, and Dog sounds!
