I taught my first class at Begyle Brewery in September of 2016.  The class was 1. The first class that I had ever designed myself  2. It was one year to the date I had started my Yoga Teacher Training  and 3. It was my birthday!

My class at the brewery offers something for everyone.  Whether it is your first time in and your partner forced you to come, or it’s your 500th class and you’re looking for something new and fun.  Come enjoy some breath inspired movement, followed by a pint or a small flight of deliciously tasty craft beer.  Tickets are $20.

Begyle holds yoga classes every Sunday morning.  You can find me there on June 18th and July 30th.
